(Remember, for Visual Arts, Kemp is doing 2D and 3D as separate entries. For 2D, please make sure entries are NOT thicker than 3/8 of an inch.)

Special Artist Rules

Other than the information about us having 2D and 3D as separate categories, we are following all of the rules for the state as were listed in my first blog post of this season. As long as you have followed those, things should be fine. Please do let me know if you have any questions.
